Operated,
not just monitored.

24×7 NOC/SOC, managed cloud, Kubernetes, databases, backup, patching, capacity and FinOps, run as an engineering discipline with SLAs, not a ticket queue.

Capabilities

A complete operations practice, engineered end to end.

From NOC/SOC through managed cloud, Kubernetes, databases, backup, patching, capacity, FinOps and observability, our practice covers the full operational surface.

24×7 NOC & incident management

Follow-the-sun NOC with structured incident response, comms and runbooks, on-call rotations that are humane, observable and calibrated to real severity.

SOC & security operations

Detection engineering, alert triage, response and continuous tuning, designed for signal over noise, and for MTTR that actually reflects reality.

Managed cloud operations

Day-2 operations on AWS, Azure and GCP, landing zones, IAM hygiene, cost, guardrails and workload health, run as an engineering practice, not a ticket queue.

Managed Kubernetes

Fleet-level management of EKS, AKS, GKE and self-managed clusters, with upgrades, workloads, admission, cost and observability run as a service against SLAs.

Managed databases

Postgres, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo and cloud-managed engines, patched, backed up, monitored and tuned as an engineering discipline.

Backup, DR & drills

3-2-1 backups, immutable copies, tested restores and DR drills that would fail early enough to be fixable, because untested backups are stories, not controls.

Patching & vulnerability management

Automated, staged patching across OS, containers, databases and appliances, with change control, rollback and evidence, aligned to SLA and risk tier.

Capacity & performance

Capacity planning, right-sizing, benchmarking and performance tuning, measured against workload growth, not against a template.

FinOps & cost operations

Attribution, right-sizing, savings plans, storage tiering and workload placement, cost as a first-class operational discipline, not a quarterly surprise.

Identity & access operations

Joiner-mover-leaver, PAM, service accounts and secret rotation, engineered so who can do what stays enforceable and auditable, not aspirational.

Observability operations

Metrics, logs, traces and events maintained as a product, with signal tuning, cost management and SLO ownership, so on-call actually gets answers.

Runbooks, DR playbooks & knowledge

Live runbooks, tested playbooks and knowledge that reflect what your team actually does, not a wiki that fossilises after go-live.

Engagement model

Onboard as engineers. Operate as a discipline.

A managed-service model that improves over time, recurring incidents engineered out, costs and capacity tuned, security posture on the same rhythm as reliability.

01

Onboard

Inventory, dependencies, SLAs, security posture and access mapped. Existing tooling is preserved where healthy; gaps are closed early.

02

Baseline

Health, cost, security and reliability baselines established. Runbooks and on-call rotations are documented, drilled and owned before we go live.

03

Operate

24×7 operations against agreed SLAs. Incidents are triaged, resolved and post-mortemed. Weekly and monthly reviews keep the operating model honest.

04

Improve

Recurring incidents are engineered out. Cost, capacity and reliability trends drive backlog. The service compounds instead of drifting.

Tools & technology

A pragmatic operations toolchain.

Tooling choices are driven by the estate, we integrate with what's healthy and replace what isn't.

Frequently asked

What prospective clients ask us first.

If your question isn't addressed here, please reach us at hello@tekansa.com.

01How do you approach SLAs and what commits do you actually make?

SLAs are shaped per workload against real risk and business impact, not standardised at 'gold/silver/bronze' out of a brochure. We commit to measurable response and resolution times, backed by staffing, tooling and evidence. Every SLA is instrumented; every miss is reviewed. The point is a service that earns trust because the numbers are true, not because the deck is glossy.

02How do you take over an existing estate without breaking things?

By onboarding as engineers, not as an outsourced help desk. Inventory, dependencies, tooling, IAM and runbook state get mapped in weeks. We preserve what's healthy, close obvious gaps early, and drill on-call rotations before we take primary. The transition is designed to be dull, because loud transitions are how outages happen.

03How do you handle the mix of AWS, Azure, GCP and on-prem in one service?

By standardising the seams, identity, monitoring, IaC, CI/CD, backup, cost, across environments, so operations stay coherent even if runtimes differ. Workloads keep the runtime that suits them; the operating model doesn't split. Engineers who touch your estate work off shared tooling and playbooks regardless of where the workload lives.

04How do you keep costs honest over a multi-year engagement?

FinOps is a first-class operational discipline, not a quarterly optimisation exercise. Costs are tagged, attributed and reviewed monthly with your finance and engineering leads. Right-sizing, savings plans and workload placement are tuned continuously; unexpected spend triggers an alert, not an invoice-time argument. The service is judged on outcome cost, not on line-item margin.

05How do you handle continuous improvement instead of just keeping the lights on?

By treating recurring incidents as engineering signals. Every post-mortem lands actions with owners; the top causes of pages get engineered out; capacity, patch cadence and observability get tuned against real trends. Weekly and monthly reviews with your leadership keep the improvement backlog visible and negotiable, it's a discipline, not a bonus.

06How do you handle security operations alongside infrastructure?

Integrated, when it's the right shape for the client. Detection engineering, alert triage, IAM hygiene, patching and vulnerability management sit in the same operating rhythm as reliability work, because in practice they collide constantly. Where a dedicated SOC already exists, we operate to a clear seam with it. Either way, security posture is instrumented and reviewed alongside reliability, not treated as a separate universe.
