Browser storage we set
The enquiry form and the concierge chat save what you have typed under the key tekansa.leads in your browser's local storage. It is written by the page itself, is readable only by tekansa.com, and is not transmitted automatically the way a cookie is. Clearing site data for tekansa.com removes it.
Third parties
We self-host the fonts this site uses, so loading a page does not call out to a font provider. We do not embed third-party video, maps, chat widgets or social feeds.
The site does link out, for example to WhatsApp and to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and YouTube. Following one of those links takes you to a service that sets its own cookies under its own policy, which we do not control. Nothing is set on your device by us before you choose to go.
Your consent choice
On your first visit a bar at the foot of the page asks how we may use analytics, with Accept All and Essential Only given equal weight. Nothing is pre-selected, and no analytics runs before you answer.
Because we set no cookies today, the answer itself is not stored in a cookie either — writing one in order to ask about cookies would be a poor way to go about it. It is kept in your browser's local storage under tekansa.cookie-consent, stays on your device, and is never sent to us. Choosing Essential Only therefore leaves nothing behind at all.
To change your mind, clear site data for tekansa.com in your browser and the bar will appear again on your next visit. If we ever add a new category of cookie, the stored answer is treated as out of date and you will be asked afresh rather than carried over.
Changes to this policy
If we add anything that stores or reads data in your browser, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Where the law requires your consent, we will ask for it before the storage is set, not afterwards.
