Identity, message,
and the system that holds it.
A brand is not a logo. It is the decision about what you stand for, made legible enough that your whole team can repeat it without reading a deck.
What this actually involves.
Most positioning work dies in the document. We build brand systems that survive contact with a sales call, a job advert, a product screen and a landing page, because those are where a brand is actually experienced.
For technical businesses the hardest part is sounding distinct without sounding vague. We work from what is genuinely true about how you operate, then make that specific enough to be memorable.
What you get from the engagement.
Positioning
Category, audience and the claim you can defend, tested against the competitors you actually lose to.
Messaging architecture
Core narrative, proof points and the variants each audience and channel needs.
Naming
Product, service and sub brand naming with availability and trademark screening.
Visual identity
Logo, type, colour and imagery, delivered as a system rather than a single lockup.
Brand guidelines
Practical documentation your team and your vendors can apply without asking.
Rollout
Applying the system across web, product, sales material and recruitment.
A sequence, not a retainer that drifts.
- 01
Interrogate
Interviews with leadership, sales and customers, plus a hard look at the competitive set.
- 02
Define
Positioning and narrative agreed before any design work begins.
- 03
Design
Identity and messaging built as a system, with real applications not mockups.
- 04
Roll out
Applied across the surfaces that matter, with guidelines for everything after.

The questions we get first.
Do we need a rebrand or just a refresh?
Usually a refresh. A full rebrand is warranted when the positioning genuinely changed, not when the logo feels tired. We will tell you which one you are looking at before you commit budget.
How long does it take?
Positioning and messaging typically take four to six weeks. Identity and rollout add six to ten, depending on how many surfaces need applying.
Can you work with our existing identity?
Yes. Sharpening positioning and messaging inside an identity you already own is often the highest return option available.
