Systems of record,
engineered honestly.
SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Salesforce and HubSpot, implementations, upgrades and integrations delivered with process integrity, controls and reconciliation, not just configuration.
A complete ERP & CRM practice, engineered end to end.
From strategy and selection through SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Salesforce, HubSpot, integrations, migration, close, controls and managed run.
ERP/CRM strategy & selection
Business-capability mapping, vendor selection and TCO modelling, grounded in your processes and constraints, not in vendor Gartner slides.
SAP implementation & S/4HANA
SAP S/4HANA, ECC, SuccessFactors and Ariba, greenfield, brownfield and selective conversions delivered with reconciliation, not with a hopeful cutover.
Oracle Cloud & E-Business Suite
Oracle Fusion Cloud, EBS and NetSuite, implementations, upgrades and integrations engineered around the finance close, not just the vendor demo.
Microsoft Dynamics 365
F&O, Business Central, Sales, Service, Marketing and Power Platform, engineered with governance, extensibility and true integration to the rest of the estate.
Salesforce & Revenue Cloud
Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Revenue Cloud and Data Cloud, implemented with proper data model, permissions and integration, not just point-and-click.
HubSpot & mid-market CRM
HubSpot, Zoho and Pipedrive for mid-market GTM, modelled honestly against sales, marketing and service processes rather than turned into a screen for its own sake.
Process design & configuration
Order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, lead-to-cash, designed as end-to-end processes across systems, not as isolated ERP or CRM configuration.
Integration & data flow
Bi-directional integration between ERP, CRM, data platforms and operational systems, on iPaaS, event buses and typed APIs, with contracts, retries and reconciliation.
Data migration & cleansing
Master-data and transactional migration with lineage, reconciliation and cutover playbooks, because a rushed migration is how ERP projects get remembered.
Reporting & finance close
Financial reporting, close automation, group consolidation and management reporting, engineered to answer the questions the CFO actually asks.
Controls, SoD & compliance
Segregation of duties, access controls, audit trails and SOX alignment engineered from day one, not reconstructed for the annual audit.
Managed run & continuous improvement
Post-go-live operations, patch/upgrade lifecycle, quarterly release adoption and continuous improvement, treated as a discipline, not as a support handoff.
Ship phase one. Never a big-bang.
A delivery model designed against the classic ERP failure modes, scope discipline, reconciled cutovers, and quarterly-release operating rhythm from go-live.
Frame
Business processes, org shape, current systems and constraints mapped. Output: a phased plan grounded in real capability gaps, not vendor upsells.
Design
Target processes, data model, integrations and controls designed end-to-end, including the seams to the rest of the estate. Vendor-native where possible, extended honestly where required.
Deliver
Iterative delivery with test data, integration tests, migration dry-runs and reconciled cutovers. Nothing rides on a one-shot weekend.
Operate
Post-go-live stabilisation, quarterly release adoption, controls monitoring and continuous improvement. The system stays fit for purpose instead of drifting away from it.
Platform-native, integrated honestly.
We deliver on the vendor platform where it wins, and integrate deliberately where it doesn't.
Programmes delivered on this practice.

01How do you approach ERP/CRM selection honestly?
By working from your processes and constraints, org shape, industry, geography, existing estate, controls, growth plan, not from an analyst quadrant. Selection is a decision about total cost of ownership, extensibility, integration and fit, on a 7–10 year horizon. We produce a shortlist grounded in evidence, run reference calls and structured demos, and are willing to say the leading candidate is wrong for you when it is.
02How do you avoid the classic 'endless ERP project'?
By keeping scope disciplined and cutovers reversible. Big-bang all-in-one launches are how these programmes overrun; phased, module-by-module or business-unit-by-business-unit rollouts are how they land. We reconcile data, run dry-cutovers, keep rollback paths, and use production-like test data, because the difference between a routine cutover and a catastrophe is engineering, not luck.
03How do you handle integrations without creating a spaghetti estate?
By treating integration as a first-class engineering surface with contracts, ownership and versioning, not by piling up point-to-point connections. iPaaS, event streams and typed APIs live behind clear ownership; the ERP or CRM doesn't become the accidental integration hub. That's usually the difference between a system that ages gracefully and one that turns into a rewrite in year five.
04How do you manage data migration and master-data quality?
As real engineering. Sources are catalogued, transformations are versioned, cleansing rules are agreed with business owners, and reconciliation is run on identity and value, not just row counts. Master-data quality often decides ERP success more than configuration; we invest accordingly, and we produce evidence trails auditors can trust.
05How do you build SoD, controls and audit into the delivery, not after it?
Roles, permissions, SoD and audit trails are designed at the same time as processes, because retrofitting controls into a live ERP is expensive and disruptive. We align to SOX, ITGC and sector-specific regimes, keep the evidence trail generated by the systems themselves, and design controls that can be re-certified continuously rather than annually.
06What does a healthy long-run relationship look like after go-live?
Quarterly release adoption on cloud ERP/CRM, continuous improvement backlogs tied to business outcomes, and controls monitored the same way reliability is. A healthy ERP/CRM estate is not one that never changes, it's one where change is safe, cheap and reversible. We shape that operating model with your team so ownership genuinely transfers.
