Transformation,
shipped as engineering.
Target operating model, platforms, data, AI and people, engineered as one integrated system so the programme lands real outcomes in weeks, not slides in months.
A complete transformation practice, engineered end to end.
From operating model and CX through platforms, data, AI, automation, cloud, governance, change and value tracking, our practice covers the full transformation surface.
Transformation strategy
Business outcomes translated into a phased plan with owners, funding and measurable milestones, not a 60-slide vision without a first sprint.
Target operating model
How work will actually get done post-transformation, teams, roles, decision rights, service boundaries and metrics, engineered, not left implicit.
Customer & digital experience
End-to-end journey redesign across web, mobile, service, sales and marketing, where the friction is, measured against outcomes, closed with real engineering.
Core platforms modernisation
Modernisation of ERP, CRM, core systems and data platforms, as rolling, reversible waves, so the transformation lands rather than stalls.
Data & analytics foundations
Governed data platforms, semantic layers and self-serve BI as the substrate for both decisions and AI, because most transformations quietly fail on data quality.
AI adoption at scale
AI, agents and generative-AI programmes engineered on top of governed data, with evals, guardrails and value tracking, not just pilots that don't ship.
Process automation & workflow
RPA, workflow orchestration and intelligent automation applied where they earn their keep, with portfolio economics measured as a discipline.
Product operating model
Product-led delivery with paved-road engineering, funded teams and outcome metrics, because transformations run on delivery capability, not on programme decks.
Cloud & platform engineering
Landing zones, Kubernetes, CI/CD and internal platforms, designed as the substrate that the rest of the transformation runs on, not as a parallel workstream.
Governance, risk & compliance
Controls, audit and risk aligned to sector regimes, engineered alongside delivery, so the transformation ships evidence trails not just capabilities.
Change, enablement & talent
Structured enablement, training and internal capability building, because the transformation your team can't operate is not one that landed.
Value realisation & KPIs
Baselines, targets and measured outcomes tied to every wave, with monthly reviews that keep the programme honest and negotiable.
Ship an outcome first. Compound from there.
A delivery model built to avoid the classic 'endless transformation' failure, with real outcomes landed in weeks and the operating model, platforms and change work compounding alongside.
Frame
Business outcomes, current state, constraints and opportunity mapped in weeks, not months. Output: a phased roadmap with a first slice already funded and scoped.
Land
First wave lands a real capability against a real outcome, a modernised system, a new experience, a launched product line, with baseline metrics captured.
Scale
Subsequent waves compound on the first, same platforms, same operating model, more scope. Governance, controls and value tracking mature alongside.
Embed
Enablement, talent and operating model transfer are designed in from day one. The transformation is owned by your team on the day the engagement closes.
A cross-cutting transformation toolchain.
Cloud, data, AI, ERP/CRM, integration and delivery tooling, chosen against your existing estate and the 5-year economics of the change.

01Why do most 'transformation' programmes stall?
Because they conflate strategy with delivery capability. A vision without paved roads, funded teams and a first slice that ships is a slide, not a transformation. The programmes that land are the ones that treat operating model, engineering platform, data foundations and change as one integrated system, and that ship a real outcome inside the first quarter, not the second year.
02How do you sequence the work so it lands rather than stalls?
By landing a first outcome in weeks, a modernised journey, a new product, a data-informed decision, while the platform, operating-model and data work run alongside underneath. Subsequent waves compound on that foundation. We avoid multi-year builds that only start returning value after the third re-plan.
03How much of a transformation is technology versus operating model?
In practice, more of it is operating model than technology, decision rights, team topology, funding lines, service boundaries and metrics. We work them in parallel: technology decisions are shaped by the operating model, and the operating model is grounded by what technology can actually deliver in the horizon that matters.
04How do you approach change management and enablement?
As engineering, not as a comms plan. Roles, capabilities, tooling and training are designed alongside the platforms and processes; the transformation your team can't operate is not one that landed. Enablement, internal hiring, coaching and knowledge transfer are budgeted from day one, not tacked on at the end.
05How do you track value so the programme stays honest?
Baselines are captured before each wave; targets are agreed with business owners; outcomes are measured monthly with the executive sponsor. Value tracking is a first-class governance discipline, not a slide at steering committees. Waves that miss materially either get re-shaped or retired, because sunk-cost thinking is what turns transformations into permanent programmes.
06Where does AI fit into a transformation programme?
As a horizontal accelerator on top of governed data and healthy processes, not as the substance of the programme itself. We use AI where it changes economics or customer experience meaningfully (support, sales, service, ops, content) and where the data underneath supports it. Where those preconditions aren't there, we sequence the data and platform work first, so AI compounds rather than disappoints.
