Retention,
engineered.
Email remains the highest return channel most businesses own and the one most poorly run. We build lifecycle programmes people genuinely open.
What this actually involves.
Lifecycle marketing is a data problem before it is a creative one. Segmentation is only as good as the events flowing into your platform, so we usually start by fixing what gets tracked and how it maps to a customer record.
From there we build programmes with a job per message: onboard, activate, nurture, expand or win back. Volume is the enemy. Relevance and timing are what make the channel work.
What you get from the engagement.
Lifecycle strategy
Journeys mapped per segment, with the trigger, goal and exit criteria defined per message.
Automation build
Implementation in HubSpot, Klaviyo, Braze, Customer.io or whatever you already run.
Segmentation and data
Event tracking, list hygiene and the customer model that makes targeting possible.
Design and copy
Templates and writing built for the inbox, tested across clients and dark mode.
Deliverability
Authentication, reputation, warm up and the technical work that decides whether you reach the inbox at all.
Testing
Subject, send time, offer and structure tested with enough volume to be conclusive.
A sequence, not a retainer that drifts.
- 01
Audit the data
What is tracked, what reaches the platform, and what your current deliverability actually looks like.
- 02
Map the lifecycle
Journeys and triggers defined per segment, with a goal for every message.
- 03
Build
Templates, automation and tracking implemented and tested end to end.
- 04
Optimise
Continuous testing against revenue per recipient, not open rate alone.

The questions we get first.
Our open rates collapsed. What happened?
Usually deliverability rather than content, and Apple Mail Privacy Protection has made open rate unreliable as a metric since 2021. We audit authentication, reputation and list hygiene first, then move your reporting to metrics that still mean something.
Which platform should we use?
Usually the one you already have. Migration is expensive and rarely the actual problem. We will recommend a move only when the platform genuinely cannot do what you need.
How often should we send?
As often as you have something worth sending. Cadence discipline matters less than relevance, and over sending damages the asset permanently.
