Manufacturing,
engineered for uptime.
MES, IIoT, digital twins, supply chain and AI applied where they move OEE, engineered for the shop floor that actually runs, not for the reference architecture that never has.
The territory, in four numbers we hold ourselves to.
Manufacturing pays back what it can measure. These are the numbers we build against, not the ones a marketing slide picks for us.
- 85%+
- OEE target
- <15min
- Change-over uplift
- 18–24
- Months payback
- 40%+
- Downtime reduction

The manufacturing sectors we build for.
Manufacturing is a family of operating models, not one. We tailor architecture, integrations and reliability posture to the specific rhythm and constraints of the plant.
Discrete manufacturing
Automotive, aerospace, industrial equipment and electronics, line-based production with high changeover and traceability demands.
Process manufacturing
Chemicals, pharma APIs, food & beverage and paper, batch and continuous processes with strict recipe and quality controls.
Contract manufacturing & CDMOs
Multi-tenant plants with strict segregation, tech-transfer workflows and customer-specific documentation.
Automotive & mobility
OEMs, tier-1 suppliers and EV manufacturers, with connected-vehicle telemetry and lean production traditions.
Heavy industry & metals
Steel, mining, cement and utilities-adjacent operations, with hard-real-time control and safety-critical systems.
High-tech & semiconductors
Fabs, packaging and test, where quality windows, yield engineering and equipment ROI define competitiveness.
Services we deliver into manufacturing.
Every manufacturing engagement blends operational technology, industrial IT and enterprise systems. These are the practices we most commonly deploy on the shop floor and behind it, each linked to its dedicated practice page.
The plant-and-enterprise estate we engineer end to end.
The manufacturers that pull ahead treat shop-floor, MES, ERP, supply and product as one connected system, engineered together and measured together. This is what a modern estate looks like when it's built to compound.
- 01Shop-floor & MES
- Modern MES on ISA-95 lines, work-order execution, e-batch, quality gates and paperless production, integrated with SCADA, historians and ERP through unified namespaces.
- 02IIoT & unified namespace
- Sensor and machine connectivity on OPC UA and MQTT, edge gateways, a unified namespace that makes plant data addressable, and streaming into cloud or lakehouse.
- 03Predictive maintenance & quality AI
- Anomaly detection on vibration, thermal and acoustic signals; vision-based quality inspection; RUL estimation, engineered against the maintenance workflow, not delivered as slides.
- 04Digital twins & simulation
- Line and plant twins for what-if analysis, capacity planning, changeover reduction and operator training, grounded in your operational reality.
- 05Supply chain & S&OP
- Planning, demand sensing, supplier collaboration and traceability engineered against real lead times and disruptions, not against a textbook flow.
- 06OT/IT security & compliance
- Segmentation, secure remote access, IEC 62443 alignment, patch management and vulnerability response tuned to the realities of legacy control systems.

What clients ask us first
01MES modernisation or greenfield, how do we choose?
By workload, plant maturity, IT/OT posture and the true run-cost of your existing MES. Modernising an incumbent MES wins where the process discipline is already there and the platform is the constraint. Greenfield wins where the incumbent has drifted from the process reality, or where a multi-site rollout demands a single, modern spine. We produce a per-plant disposition rather than an all-or-nothing verdict.
02How do you approach OT/IT security without breaking production?
By starting with an honest asset inventory and threat model of the plant network, segmenting according to Purdue-model realities (not a diagram), securing remote access with modern zero-trust patterns, and aligning to IEC 62443 as the technical spine. Every change is designed with production continuity as a non-negotiable, including patch windows, brownfield firmware and equipment support-life realities.
03Where does AI genuinely help on the shop floor?
In predictive maintenance where sensor data supports it, in vision-based quality inspection where labelled examples exist, in yield optimisation on process lines, and in operator and technician assistants grounded in your SOPs and history. Sprayed AI without a clear workflow to plug into usually produces dashboards nobody looks at.
04How do you handle the reality of legacy PLCs, SCADA and historians?
As engineering problems, not obstacles. We wrap what stays with modern OPC UA and MQTT gateways, land unified namespaces that make legacy data addressable, and modernise selectively, with the discipline that plant operations are safety-critical and support-life-constrained. Modernisation happens in waves, with continuous production and rollback paths at every step.
05How quickly can we see measurable value on OEE or quality?
First meaningful uplift usually inside 8–12 weeks on a scoped line or plant slice, because measurement always precedes intervention, and the honest baseline is where most programmes discover the biggest wins. Programme-level payback typically lands 18–24 months in, and compounds after that if the operating model is maintained.
