Automotive,
software-defined.
Connected car, EV, retail, aftermarket, mobility and AI-native operations, engineered for the software-defined vehicle and the customer relationship that survives beyond the sale.
The territory, in four numbers we hold ourselves to.
Automotive is measured by the customer relationship that survives the sale, the software that ships to the vehicle, and the operations that keep it moving. These are the numbers we design against.
- OTA
- By design
- ISO 21434
- Cyber
- 6–10
- Weeks
- Weekly
- Digital cadence
Over-the-air update capability engineered from day one on connected products

For customer and retail surfaces we engineer
The automotive formats we build for.
Automotive spans a family of distinct businesses with very different engineering and customer realities. We tailor architecture and delivery to the operator you actually are.
OEMs & vehicle manufacturers
Product engineering, connected car, digital dealer, aftermarket and customer platforms engineered end to end.
EV & software-defined vehicles
Software-defined-vehicle architectures, OTA, connected experiences and battery-management platforms.
Tier-1 & tier-2 suppliers
Embedded, connected-product and manufacturing-quality engineering for automotive suppliers.
Dealer & retail networks
Dealer management, retail transformation, customer-engagement and used-vehicle platforms.
Mobility & shared services
Ride-hail, car-hire, subscription and shared-mobility platforms engineered for the operator.
Aftermarket & service
Service, parts, warranty and connected-service platforms engineered for the customer beyond the sale.
Services we deliver into automotive.
Every automotive engagement blends embedded engineering, connected-vehicle systems, retail platforms and modern operations. These are the practices we most commonly deploy for OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, EV and mobility platforms, each linked to its dedicated practice page.
The automotive estate we engineer end to end.
The automotive organisations that pull ahead treat vehicle, connectivity, retail, customer and data estates as one connected system, measured by the relationship that survives the sale.

What clients ask us first
01How do you approach the software-defined vehicle honestly?
By recognising it is a decade-long engineering transition, not a marketing pivot. Architectural decisions on E/E, in-vehicle software, cloud back-end, OTA and connected-experience have long lifetimes. We help OEMs and suppliers make those decisions against evidence and long-term maintainability, not against a launch deck.
02Where does AI genuinely earn its place in automotive?
In predictive maintenance and warranty analytics with proper evaluation, in manufacturing quality with vision, in driver-behaviour and telematics analytics, in in-vehicle assistants grounded in vehicle context, and in dealer/service copilots. In every case model governance and human oversight are engineered, automotive AI touches safety and warranty.
03How do you handle vehicle cybersecurity (ISO 21434, WP.29)?
As engineering, not paperwork. Threat modelling from day one, PKI and secure boot, secure OTA, incident response and vulnerability handling engineered against the standard. Evidence is generated by delivery. Cybersecurity in automotive is a lifetime commitment, not a launch checkbox.
04How do you handle dealer-network and retail transformation?
By treating dealers as partners in the customer experience, not as legacy to be replaced. Modern retail surfaces, digital finance, click-and-drive and connected-service engineered so dealer and OEM operate as one customer experience. Change management is engineered alongside technology because the network is a business, not a rollout.
05How do you handle OTA for connected vehicles?
As distributed systems engineering. Staged rollouts, telemetry, rollback and safety checks tuned to the reality of connected vehicles in the field. Cybersecurity, PKI and safety review are engineered into the pipeline. OTA is a capability, not a feature.
