Where Telemedicine fits in your healthcare stack.
Digital health is where the care journey extends past the four walls of the clinic. Telemedicine, patient apps, doctor mobility, portals, remote monitoring, the surfaces that keep the patient in the programme after they leave the building.
We engineer these surfaces as products, not as intranet screens with logins. Mobile-first, offline-capable, integrated into the clinical record, and instrumented so the care team can see who's engaging and who is falling out.
Inside this practice, Telemedicine is engineered against real workflow, with the same clinician-in-the-loop, HIPAA-by-default and same-team-through-go-live standards as every other engagement we run.
What we ship, shipped every time.
A working set of capabilities that arrive as part of the engagement, engineered, tested and documented, not just promised on a slide.

Standards and technology chosen for the workload, never defaulted to whichever we happen to be closest to.

Four moves. Same rhythm every time.
Same operating model whether the engagement is six weeks or twelve months. Small, disciplined, boring, which is what you want when patient care is at stake.
Clinical discovery
Two to three weeks. We sit with clinicians, ops and IT. Map the real workflow, name the constraints, agree what "shipped" means on the floor.
Shape the work
Fixed scope with weekly billing, or a monthly retainer. Compliance evidence, migration path and success criteria planned into the scope on day one.
Ship in weeks
Weekly production releases, always behind flags. Clinician-in-the-loop on every AI feature. Same team from design through go-live, no handoffs.
Own the runway
Handover is continuous. Your team gets the code, infrastructure, runbooks and audit evidence by delivery. Support is a service, never a lock-in.
The ones we hear most often.
A short answer to each. If yours isn't here, the fastest way to get it answered is to ask us directly.
Ask a questionDo you build native, cross-platform, or PWA?
Depends on the surface. Patient-facing apps are usually React Native or native where offline and background workflows matter. Doctor mobility is often a PWA. We start from the workflow and pick the surface that serves it.
How does telehealth integrate with our EMR?
Video is a surface, not a system. Every session writes back into the record, encounter, notes, prescription, follow-up, through FHIR or the EMR's native API. The clinician never juggles two apps.
Do the apps work offline in field or rural settings?
Yes. Every offline-first surface we ship keeps state locally, syncs on reconnect, and reconciles conflicts explicitly. It's how the last-mile programmes have to work.
Can we launch a branded patient app under our own hospital name?
Yes. Every digital-health surface is white-labelable, branding, colours, notification voice, while sharing the same underlying platform for care-team continuity.
