When the shelf platform is the wrong shape.
For programmes where the workflow, the data model or the regulatory context isn't served by an off-the-shelf product, we engineer the platform.

Where Custom Healthcare Platforms fits in your healthcare stack.
We engineer healthcare software that clinicians actually use, practice management for clinics, integrated hospital platforms, dental workflows, patient apps and custom systems for the ambitions the shelf products cannot fit.
Every build is engineered against real clinical workflow, HIPAA and HITRUST by default, and shipped with the audit evidence, runbooks and enablement your team needs to own it after go-live.
Inside this practice, Custom Healthcare Platforms is engineered against real workflow, with the same clinician-in-the-loop, HIPAA-by-default and same-team-through-go-live standards as every other engagement we run.
What we ship, shipped every time.
A working set of capabilities that arrive as part of the engagement, engineered, tested and documented, not just promised on a slide.
- Domain-driven design
- Custom clinical data model
- Bespoke workflow engine
- Native integrations
- Configurable roles & permissions
- White-label deployments

What we build to, and what we build on.
Standards and technology chosen for the workload, never defaulted to whichever we happen to be closest to.

- HITRUST
- GDPR
- HL7 v2
- FHIR R4
- ICD-10
- SNOMED
Four moves. Same rhythm every time.
Same operating model whether the engagement is six weeks or twelve months. Small, disciplined, boring, which is what you want when patient care is at stake.
Clinical discovery
Two to three weeks. We sit with clinicians, ops and IT. Map the real workflow, name the constraints, agree what "shipped" means on the floor.
Shape the work
Fixed scope with weekly billing, or a monthly retainer. Compliance evidence, migration path and success criteria planned into the scope on day one.
Ship in weeks
Weekly production releases, always behind flags. Clinician-in-the-loop on every AI feature. Same team from design through go-live, no handoffs.
Own the runway
Handover is continuous. Your team gets the code, infrastructure, runbooks and audit evidence by delivery. Support is a service, never a lock-in.
The ones we hear most often.
A short answer to each. If yours isn't here, the fastest way to get it answered is to ask us directly.
Ask a questionDo you build to our workflow, or bring an opinion?
Both. We arrive with an opinion from having shipped this kind of platform many times, and we design against your real workflow. Where the two disagree we bring alternatives to the table, with the trade-offs written down.
How do you handle data migration from legacy systems?
Every engagement starts with a lossless ETL against a shadow production. We run the new system alongside the old for weeks before any cutover, so no clinician learns about a data gap in front of a patient.
Can we start with one module and expand later?
Yes. Our software is built around a single patient record and identity, so you can start with OPD, appointments or EMR, and add pharmacy, labs, imaging or IPD later without a re-platform.
Who owns the code and the deployment after go-live?
You do. Every engagement ends with source code, infrastructure-as-code, runbooks and a knowledge-transfer window. Ongoing support is a service you can choose to buy, never a lock-in you have to.

A short conversation is usually enough to know if we are the right team. If we are not, we will tell you.
